1. 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please inspect your package upon delivery and contact us promptly if you notice any issues.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • Include all original packaging, accessories, and tags (if applicable).

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

3. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please email us at support@esavero.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

If your request is approved, we'll provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Please do not send items back without first contacting our support team, as unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue quickly. If approved, we'll arrange a replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution at no additional cost.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity, the following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Personal care, skincare, beauty, and hygiene products that have been opened or used.

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Perishable goods.

  • Hazardous materials or flammable products.

  • Gift cards.

  • Clearance or final sale items (unless defective).

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you'd like a different item, simply request a return for the original product (if eligible) and place a new order once your return has been approved.

7. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

  • Your bank or card issuer may require additional time before the funds appear in your account.

8. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error (such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
